Sign-up links for the remaining WCPSL mets have been posted.

TST “B” meet warm-ups attached. Saturday and Sunday morning for 13 & over boys and all 11-12, our warm-up is 8:00-8:30am. For both afternoons with 13 & over girls and all 10 & unders, THIS WARMUP HAS BEEN MOVED TO AN EARLIER TIME SO PLEASE BE AWARE! 12:30-1:00 pm with meet start at 1:05 pm.

Also “B” Champs entries are due this week. All I have so far are Shaffer, Crighton, Novak and Cessar. If I have missed you or your entry, please let me know at the below email address. This is the last “B” meet for the season with only the Last Splash as a chance for these swimmers to swim USA and get times for the future. Thank you for your attention to these matters!

Hi Eels families,

Our next home meet is rapidly approaching on Saturday the 21^st.  I have attached a list of food donations that we need for the concession and a signup sheet to help at the stand.  Please email with a time you are available to help and I will update the signup sheet and send out later this week.

If you cannot bring the items assigned to you, please let me know.

Fundraising:

This is our last fundraising opportunity besides the marathon.   If anyone can not get the attachments to download, I can get copies out, you may also order anything from the regular catalog, we just put together items which sell really well and are suited for the swimmers to use. The amount going to your swimmers account gets a little confusing because of the special for February.  You will make at least 25% of the product price, but the special is 31% off another item for each $31 you spend, which changes the product price that you will get the 25% of.   So we are going to figure the amount towards the fundraiser fee account after you place the order, and the 25% plus any difference due to the 31% special will all be placed on the fundraiser account.  

I will have several of the bags with me at the swim meet on Saturday, and I will have several catalogs, you may also view it online.  If you do choose to order other items, I will have an order form that is more generic to cover everything.   I know many of you have seen these bags in use at the US meets, they are very well made and really work well to pack towels and stuff in, and you can get them personalized.

Reminder, please submit entries for this meet by email by Friday, even though with the dual meet on Saturday a note then will also do. I am attaching an up-dated eligibility list as we have several new “A” times this weekend. Remember the dual meet on Saturday and the “B” Champs entry is due soon also. Fieldhouse practice is early (3:00pm) on Thursday. Make it when you can. We also return to the ARC this week for D1 & D2 practices. Those will be at regular times all week. We also have a new coach starting Tuesday. Please make Heidi feel welcome! Thanks for your attention!
